Congratulations to Ella Proberts from the University of Queensland, winner of the Australian Press Council ‘Ossie’ Award for Journalism Student of the Year. Ella’s work shows insight and a steadfast commitment to public interest journalism, championing social justice and human rights.

We also extend our congratulations to Lily Kristanto from RMIT University, who received the Australian Press Council ‘Ossie’ Undergraduate Highly Commended Prize. Lily’s work spans a diverse range of local, national, and international issues, featuring contributions to both Australian and Indonesian media.
